What is Impact Community Landscape Management?
ICLM is an internet-based system that allows a representative from a client community to communicate with Impact Landscape and Irrigation project managers in a fast, efficient, hassle free environment. ICLM eliminates the need for you to call and leave messages to simply discuss a trouble area or request additional services. Each member community is assigned a project manager who will be a point of contact for the community. If trouble arises or there is a request you need handled, it will only take a few moments to fill out an easy to use e-ticket that will be forwarded to your point of contact. These tickets are managed on a daily basis to expedite your requests and you will receive emails that keep you informed on the status of your ticket.

The ICLM allows you to keep track of when your request was submitted and--more importantly--when it was received. ICLM clients will know exactly when the work is scheduled and when it is complete.

Who Qualifies for ICLM?
Impact Landscape and Irrigation services all of Southeast Florida from Boynton Beach through Melbourne. All homeowners' associations that are in the Impact Landscape and Irrigation service area qualify for the Impact Community Landscape Management system. The only requirement for participation is that your association must have a current contract with Impact Landscape and Irrigation for Community Maintenance services. Getting registered is simple! Call our offices at 561-573-4864 and we will gladly schedule an appointment to meet with your homeowners' association to deliver a maintenance quote. If you award your maintenance contract to Impact Landscape and Irrigation, we will immediately get your community signed up for this exciting, easy to use software.
